Pan Card Not received till date

I applied for Pan Card on 6th August vide Coupon No.029031789 through Mr. Anand I.C.I..C.I Bank Noida. he has promised me to get the pan Card with in 15 days but till date it has not been received by me. The purpose for applying the Pan Card was to apply for DDA Flats in Delhi. Now since 45 days are have been passed I am still to receive it.

You are requested to do the needful at the earliest otherwise the purpose would be defeated.
