I want to make complaint against M/s. Bakson Gas Service situated at Jhandewalan. Bakson Gas Service is not providing gas cylinders on time and customers make time to time so many request through telephonically and personally, but they are not book the gas either telephone system nor personel visit system.
It is also submitted that they don't pickup the phones for purpose of gas booking, either the bell keep ringing or its on hang. This problem I have seen so many times.
