I Joined Messers Office of the chief resident executive, Birla Gwalior Group of Industries, 4th floor, Parliament Street, New Delhi in 18th April, 1972 and worked till 30th June 1985.I was under the pay-roll of Central India Machinery Manufacturing company (a part of the Birla Gwalior group of industries) from 1972 till 31st January 1981 and then my pay roll was transferred to M/S Jiyajee Rao Cotton Mills Ltd (a part of the Birla Gwalior group of industries) and remained so till 30th June 1985.
Please note only my pay roll was transferred whereas my workplace and nature of work remained same as we were all working for the group of Birla Gwalior Group of Industries.
From then onwards I joined Messers Living Media India Pvt Ltd and then to Indian Express Group and again back to Living Media India Pvt Ltd, and finally retired on the 9th of April from services.
Although I was applying for transfer of my PF accumulations with Birla Gwalior Group of Industries through the proper official channels from both Living Media India Pvt Ltd and The Indian Express Group of companies, except for the acknowledgement of my claim applications having received, but nothing came from Messers Birla Gwalior Group of Industries till date.
My PF contributions from Central India Machinery Manufacturing Co was transferred to My Jiyajee Rao Cotton Mills Ltd PF account (From PF account nbr RJ 134/3132 to new PF account nbr MP/7/24334) for which I have received officially a letter in this respect, (Letter No PF/F.cash/Trans./RJ/134/3132... DATED 28/3/1981), but that is it. Nothing has been settled till date of my 13 years contributions to my PF from this company.
I am now retired and is at home and would request you to kindly help me in getting my PF
contributions to me.
