Non delivery of Gas Cylinde

Dear Sir,

Most respectfully I beg to invite your kind attention that I had booked a Gas Cylinder for refilling on 2nd January and pursue it two times and two times the delivery boy came at home for delivery of gas cylinder but without any bill and the same has been refused.

You are requested kindly to take necessary action to refill the gas cylinder at the earliest with appropriate bill as done in past.
