I got a Black berry phone and asked Vodafone on 111 to activate the service.

I spoke to swapnil Silam and he suggested that I can use the 299 BB plan (for blackberry services) and use my old vodafone live service to surf (wap service).

I called 55666 and got the services activated. i tried to surf the net but nothing work. I called them up again regarding the issue and all they said that I will be charged 299 for this month plus the new plan I take.

And they also confirmed that the wap service will not work parallel to the BB plans. I have to use a bigger BB plan to use the wap/web services.

On calling 111 again they said that the plan will work parallel and the black berry team of vodaphone is refusing.

dont know where to go with their lack of knowledge. and plus I have to pay extra for some misleading information by the customer care...
