[Feedback: DEAR SIR I BOUGHT THIS NEW SET ON 25TH OCT FROM NU LINK AT

ASANSOL.FROM THE VERY SAME DAY THE SET HAD PROBLEM, ON THE SCREEN IT

FREQUENTLY FLICKERED SO I CONTACTED NU LINK AND MADE HIM AWARE OF THE

DEFECTIVE SET BUT SINCE IT WAS DIWALI TIME THE SHOPKEEPER ASKED ME TO COME

AFTER 4 DAYS. THEN HE ADVICED ME TO TAKE THE SET TO NOKIA CARE.THERE THEY

DID SERVICING AND THE NEXT DAY THEY RETURED THE SET SAYING IT WAS OK. I AM

A STUDENT STUDYING IN KOTA RAJASTHAN SO I TOOK MY SET AND WAS BACK TO KOTA

BUT TO MY UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT I FOUND THAT THE FAULT WAS STILL THERE SO

IN MY NEXT HOLIDAY I AGAIN WAS BACK TO MY HOME TOWN AND GAVE THE SET FOR

REPAIR AT NOKIA CARE AND THEY PROMISED ME TO RETURN THE SET WITHIN 15 DAYS

AS THEY SENT THE SET TO KOLKATTA.I GAVE THE SET ON 18TH DEC 08 BUT TILL

TODAY THEY ARE NOT IN A POSITION TO RETURN MY SET. I AM A STUDENT AND I

LIVE AWAY FROM MY FAMILY IT WAS THE MODE OF COMMUNICATION WITH MY FAMILY

BUT AS A CUSTOMER

I'M SUFFERING AFTER SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY.

I'm really very disgusted customer of Nokia cell phone. I am really

repenting my decision of buying nokia set. Its more than 50 days that nokia

has kept my new defective cell phone in name service. Further to let you

know that none of your representative have EVER tried to contact me for

past 50 days as written in your mail. I again ask you to REPLACE MY SET as

I am facing lot of hardship without my cell phone and am having hard time

in communicating with my family which lives far off from me.

Reced your mail, your reply is based on irrelevant consideration and

misleading information. I am shocked to know that the new defective cell

phone which is under your custody since past 45 days has neither been

serviced nor been replaced inspite of repeated demands. As a result of this

besides financial loss as a female consumer I am undergoing lot of mental

trauma for not communicating with my family who are 1300 kms away from my

place, besides affecting my studies at such a crucial juncture. There has

been gross deficiency of service on your part for neither replacing the

above set nor correcting the error for which I hold you liable for all

loss and damages. You have been sending misleading e-mails saying that the

set is ready for delivery and your service people will be contacting me

within 48 hours where as nothing as such has happened till date. As such I

am at liberty to take suitable legal step as advised in case you do not

you have been killing my time and harrassing me by giving me false

assurance for past one and a half month, it is very disappointing customer

service by a big company like nokia. MY PHONE IS UNDER WARRANTY SO WHY MY

SET IS NOT REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE? I was given a defective set from the

very first day i bought the set, for which NOKIA charged me RS 12200 and

now i'm been harrased for no fault of mine. Every day you are killing my

time and sending me misleading e-mails that my set is ready and i can

collect it from the nokia care where as the set is not at all in the nokia

care. I again ask you to REPLACE MY DEFECTIVE SET WITH A NEW ONE or else i

i've been to collect my nokia set as advisied by you.they informed me that

the set is not ready and even didnot assure me that the defect was

curable.you will appreciate that there was tremendous harrassment on my

part as a student and your statements were misleading.you'll appreciate

that after paying 12200 ruppees for this set and not able to use it has

resulted in unfair transaction.in order to avoid further embrassment once

more i request you to REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE SET with a new set as the same

falls under warranty period.the set is in the service center for past one
