Since couple of months I have started using online payment facility whch I am finding very convenient, however since a week I am trying to make a payment of Jan.09, the site is opening but neither I am able to see my bill or make a payment online.
Even the billing Unit 4696 is also not reflecting now a days in the system.
Please look in to the same and fix up the issue at the earliest.
