Power cuts during college time

Hello,

I am Navin Gupta, a resident of Wadala area of Mumbai. I am a student of Gurunanak college of mumbai which is in Sion. Since its an institutional building i am unable to understand why there is power cuts. My subject is related to computers. That means no power no lab sessions and we cant do our practicals.so please see to it that there is no power cuts specially during lecture time. I will be really grateful to you if you consider my request properly as. This copmlaint is not only from my side but from our whole class and other student as well...
