Theft of the electricity

I have recently purchased a flat No.6, shubham apartment, Indira Nagar Nashik 42 from Mrs. Swati Chiddarwar and Mr. Madhukar chiddarwar. The Electricity meter No. allotted to the flat is 9000075361. The consumer No. is 049088177711. Even though the flat was closed for 10 years and hence there was no consumption of Electricity the current bills are showing consumed units for every month.

Hence it is evident from the bills that somebody is consuming electricity through the above mentioned meter.

I wish that the concerned meter be immediately inspected and the necessary action may be taken immediately against the fraudulent person.
