This is to confirm that i have submitted my PF claim on 3rd August vide no GJ/21254/1339 and my subsequent reminder

on 04 th September has not yielded any results till date.

Also to confirm that i have also represented to EPFO vide

ref no CEPFO/E/06351 Dtd 21.11.08 and awaiting their

response.
