PF WITHDRAWL/AUTHORIZED SIGNATURE NOT TALLIED

Dear Sir,

I had summited my EPF withdrawl form PF.NO.DL/26812/78.During the month of 23/07 and the same is submitted by (Employer) M/s. Fedders International Airconditioning-Delhi. on 10.08.07 in EPf office Delhi Regional office South (Nehru Place). Subsequently I have received the letter from EPF OFFICE on 02.01.08.Stating that employer /authorised official signature is not valid/tallied also the application is got rejected from the EPF OFFICE.Presently above said organization it seems to be not actively participating on day to day business. Hence I had verified by EPF website the company firm name is not reflecting (listed) in the website.

However Iam in total dark not able to realize my PF amount/hence I would seek your help in order to lodge a complaint against this particular organization to solve my PF issue.

Kindly do the needful as it was delay occured by Employer, causing me lot of inconvience and mental turmoil.
