Dear Sir, In our locality a company in the name of M.S. Global Management Capital Services ltd launch in the beginning of the year 2010 with a registration No SRN A93098523 for commercially multi level marketing certain consumer durables. I myself booked 4 nos of products (convection cooker) vide billno 486017, 486021, 486022, 486018 with cash deposit of Rs - each on 30/09. Now after 8 months of expiration during the period ii myself repeatedly asking for products to deliver to me they are not deliver the products nor they refund the money to me. Every time theygiven time and as usual they failed. Somedays back i found that there office (Head Office) situated at F-16 School Road, Sodepur, Kolkata 700110 was lock and key and nobodies were there to ask regarding the case. Later on enquery i came to know that they have collected a huge amount of money from the common people in assuring to deliver products and take membership of the company. In this circumstances i have no other way but to approach in your goodself to look into the matter so tha the company either deliver the products or refund me the same amount which i given them as advance for product booking.
