Sub: Misbehavior done by BEST Conductor & Driver.

Ref: MH-43-H-5114 (Bus Route No. 105) Bandra To CBD Belapur on June 07.

Respected Sir,

I work for the HSBC IT Branch Manager at Bandra & have been traveling by NMMT Bus No.105 for the past many years. On 07th-June I board from Bandra Station MH-43-H-5114 Bus No.105 which starts from Bandra Station at about 18:00hrs. The bus fare is Rs.20.00 till Swastik Chambers. I give two Rs.10 note to the conductor on duty & got the ticket.

When the stop came the bus was too crowded & till time I was able to reach to the gate which is operated by the driver to open & close as it’s a AC Bus he denied to open it as the stop has passed so I didn’t said him anything & was waiting the next stop to arrive so that I can get down but the conductor starts to speak that “Tum saale log ticket ke paise bachane ke liye aisa karte ho” & when I replied him “Why would I do such thing when when I can pay Rs.20/- why would I do such thing to save Rs.5/- that too when I have to walk back as I went one stop ahead which is infact tiring for me after hard day in office then he replies “Tum saale sab aise chindi log hote ho baad mein bahane ache dete tere jaise chutiye bahut dekhen hai humein matt sikha & driver joins him & says madarchod aage se bus mein chadna matt” & the same thing happened with one more lady passenger in the bus to whom they didn’t said anything just because she was a lady?

After which when I said them its no point speaking to you guys I will further go ahead with the complaint for the same just give me your batch number & name then the driver says name is “Naik” full name he didn’t said & conductor hided his batch & didn’t replied back with his name.

And when the stop came the conductor tried to push me & when I said him why are pushing I have not done some crime you wait here I will call the police then the driver came out of the bus & again pushed me & used abusive language & the public on the bus stop started shouting at the driver then he ran away before I can do something to call the police.

Once I came back home I tried to look for the N.M.M.T website to forward the complaint but there is no website available & when I called the police they said there is no complaint number of NMMT available with themselves.

Which shows a very blank face of our law & order & as well as of the NMMT company but I still have hope if I raise this complaint to this forum there would be strict action taken against them i.e. the driver as well as the conductor & they should next time apologies for there mistake.

I hereby request your goodself to kindly look into this. Who was the conductor & the driver, who does’nt know how to talk to passengers.

Awaiting a positive response immediately or else should go ahead via legal proceedings.
