Cylinder Booting Phone number Busy

Dir Sir,

I have HP gas connection last 5 years, I have one cylinder connection. When every i am going to book new cylinder, very time booking phone number (040-24330210, 040-24530501, 040-24537778) "still busy" the message playing. I try four hours from moring 8:45 Am to 1:00 Pm on 29/09/08. I am unable to book the cylinder. This happend last 8 months, Privies it was not happend. I ask delivery boy they says nathing change phone number. But cylinder boot very big pazeel. if i telling worng please call this numbers. This is very inconvance for customres
