No cash from ATM

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Am Anil, My acconut number is 07461050024462 with Chakan Branch .i had a transaction of 1000 rs dated on 11.06.09 from SBI ATM centre (Balgandharva, J.M.Road, shivajinagar Pune). Transaction happened but Money didnt came out from machine means i didnt got money from ATM.& same time this money has deducted from my account, same case happened two times.(trans. No.3964 &9172)

This Complaint i have given Already to HDFC customer care (Complaint no -PUM018753) but till date there is no response from Bank side means Bank has not deposited my money into my account which i didnt got from ATM.

So kindly i request u to Check my Transactions clearly & Refund the same amount in my account as well as verify at ur side is there any problem Between SBI & HDFC.because HDFC ATM is not working with ICICI bank Also.we want to know where we have to use our ATM & where Not.
