Not proper n satisfactory treatment for merchant establishment

Respected Sir/Madam,

Since long (more than 11 years) v r ur merchant etablisment (22157803). As v highly appreciate your services, but sorry to notice that in 2005 we paid life time fees for EDC terminal, as guided by your MRM Mr.bhavesh (ahmedabad) wide cheque no.181767-181771, in total Rs.25000/- on 25/2.Since then we never face any problem regarding acceptence of cards offered by our valued customer. We feel citibank s services at it s best as far as merchant establishment concern.

But on 10/07 we receivr a letter from citi bank for closure of our code from 08/08. On same date we call ur MRM Mr.bhavesh n he assured us for best support n co-operation. We personally appreciate attitude of Mr. Bhavesh as he always ready for every possible help n guide.

Sir now we need a favour from your end about the said situation. So please do resolve it at an earliest. Thanking you.
