REGARDING CONTENTS OF CYLINDER

Hello Sir,

I am a consumer of HP Gas under M/S Lingaraj Gas Service, bhubaneswar, Orissa. On last month a cylinder was given to me by Lingaraj Service, which was finished earlier from expectation date. When I checked the cylinder, it was found that some water like substances is there inside the cylinder.

Therefore I request you that kindly do enquiry regarding this matter immediately so that I'll be grateful to you...
