Non receipt of Pension certificate MH/ 4469/2032

Dear Sir,

I had resigned from my services from M/s. MERIND Ltd. as a Medical Representative 05TH February and have received the full & final settlement from the company on 03rd July but I have still not received the pension certificate for which contribution in the form of PF deduction had been taken by the company during the tenure of my services.

Whereas my fellow colleagues who had worked with me and resigned thereafter have received the same.

I therefore request you to look into the matter with your kind control and approve for the issuance of the pension certificate for the same.
