Paid Rs 10000 & asks to be pay still Rs32000

I claimed Rs 10000 Indian currency & paid to them, they asked me to pay still Rs 32000 Indian currency .if I pay amount to them i think i don't get from them.

what can i do sir.

I can't understand whether they send my parcel to me or not.
