Msn/yahoo Lottery Incorporation
Payment of courie

Dear Sir,

I have received a mail from MSN/Yahoo Lottery Incorporation containing "I have owned a prize and I was asked for my details. After sending my details they replied that to contact "International Cargo Courier Services" for further proceeding how to collect the prize money. Then I contact over net and they are telling to send money as delivery charges, insurance, VAT etc. then they will release the prize.

I don't understand is it genuine or not. Please advice me.
