We sent a important cover through Speed Post with acknowledgement due on 19th Aug (SP-PODET197250117IN). Till date we have not received the acknolwledgement card in proof of delivery. On verifying the status online, the delivery date is left blank and tracking history shows, the documents are lying in Villivakkam post office.
Please confirm the status and initiate action in this regard.
