I have opened with Client-id No.177570 with M/s Religare through their Alwarpet Chennai branch.
Right from the first day there are lot delays in adhering my requests.
Latest one:
June: Request sent through email and letter to delink "Axis Bank" account from my
customer profile of Dmat account and give "Indian Bank Account " details only
to the companies for ECS credit
They informed that they have delinked Axis Bank account from my D-mat account BUT continue to send
the axis bank account number to the companies. The ECS credits of the companies are taken into their income account of Axis Bank as I am not operating the account since opening.
Again on 16th as directed by their staff at Alwarpet, Chennai branch once again sent
Indian Bank blank cheque, PCR for changing the Account details relating to Indian Bank account.
Followed by this daily I used make follow-up phone calls.
Till they have not changed the details
Will you please take the matter with M/s Religare Securities and also
inform me addresses of Ombudsman, the details of consumer rights etc.
