Dear Sir/ Madam,
I want to draw your kind attention towards the apthy and cruelness of my supplier who has usurped vast area of the gas distribution unauthorisedly and vexing the consumers using different methods. Some of them are as follows :
1. First of all the distributer Rohini Enterprise has taken a large area of gas consumers from other distributor for e.g. (1) Sh. Sharad Kumar Jhamb (2) Sh. A.K. Jha, Resident of Sector-XI Rohini was register in another Gas Distributor i.e. Punit Gas Service and used to take cyliner from him but suddently a message came from this distributor that he had taken him as his consumer and would supply the gas from his Agency. In this way he has taken many a consumer registered under another distributor under him and now he is trying to harass the consumers.
2. He has given four numbers to their consumers but not responding on any phone. Consumers lime me trying to make call from 9.30 early in the morning and remained busy till 5.30 evening continusly and after wasting complete week he could get a chance to make a call converted into gas booking. In this way this distributor is killing so many mandays of consumers. 3. He is engaging to sell gas cylinders on a very high rate for e.g. at Rs.670/-, Rs.750/- and Rs.800/- to hotles located in this area and teaching the laws to consumers that they chey can book cylinder after 21 days while he supplied gas to consumers after 10 days of their booking. He calculates the differences of booking dates and suppying dates and easily sells cylinders without any harm to him. He increases his sale easily from those poor consumers who is using only one cylinder and in this way the helpless consumers under pressure uses wood fuels, kirosene oil fuels and other fuels and this distributor is busy making profits.
