Not to stop on request stop

Dear Sir,

I am Travelling regulary from Umred to Chakrighat (Virangana steel) By janata Bus on 8.00AM, Everyday it stops on request stop. But this monday dated 16/11 the conductor & Driver changed, the conductor should not stop on request stop also communicate in rough tone. He asked to complaint any body, he donot worry.

This will happened every monday & When regular condustor changed.

The bust left every day from Umred Agar on 8.00AM
