I want to lodge a complaint against MSRTC bus conductor for sexual harassment.

depo - Dapoli
bus name - Dapoli - Pune [via Mahad]
no - MH20 D8451
On 13 Sept my friend and I took this bus from Mahad at 11.30 PM
My friend sat near the bus conducter. He troubled and sexually harassed her.
so she left that seat and we both sat in a single seat for whole journey!
I have no words to explain that dirty situation. I hope that you will take the strict action against it,
so that girls will feel safe to travel by MSRTC.
to identify the coductor-
he is a fat person with beard.
