I have got salaried account in your branch at Sanagareddy, Medak district in Adhra pradesh, india.
My Account NO: 08131050000049. Iam well running account and i have many fixed deposits in your bank.
Earlier i worked in Gayatri Starchkem Limited, Sadasivapet. But i have now changed the company. Presently
iam working in above said company (M/s Sentini Bio-products Ltd., Gandepalli Village, Kanchikacharla Mandal,
Krishna district-521185, A.P).
My check book is over. So i have applied for new check book more than two months back. Till now i did not get
check book and for the same iam suffering a lot.
So kindly look in to the matter and take necessary action to send the check book for the above mentioned address
at the earliest possible.
