We have in our Company about 18 to 20 Nos. of Reliance Cell Numbers, under CUG Group Identity Number 2810502572. While filling the Form for any new 'R' connection, we with utmost care have eery time filled and tik marked the plans and options as per our requirement. For some all our CUG Group 'R' Numbers, we have a " SOLO PLAN " for which No charges against CUG are/should be charged. But we strongly regret to write that sisnce last 6/7 months, for some particular Numbers the CUG amount is charges in our Bills.
After putting writting complaints at your Nashik Regional Office Next to Kalika Mandir, we are given unlogical explanations that this is due to "System Error " The Officers in Nashik Office do agree that the amount for CUG should not reflect in the Bill for " SOHO PLAN " but even they are helpless in helping us out. Hence, we most regretfully would like to bring to the Department which is generating the Bills every month, to see very carefully as to weather the charges in the Bills are justified or not before taking out the printout. The Officers in Nashik after putting our written complain every time, assure us that this will not repeated in the next bill and that they have corrected and deleted on-line. But the same mistake is repeated since last 5-6 months which has become a nuisance to our Office. May we request the concerned authorities to take up this matter seriously, and give us your feed back to us in a positive manner of not repeating such mistakes here after as fas the Bills in our Name are concerned.
