Mr Sachin is the owner of M/S Shiv electronics at 27 Basai Road, Gurgaon. Energy box inverter was installed by him and within 6 month's the same got replaced dur to malfunctioning.
Now again after 5-6 months the inverter has stopped recharging and on my follow ups he has stopped responding and my inverter has not sent back to my residence. On call, he told to pick up the inverter myself as he has no time for the same.
I am disappointed on such customer service from the inverter dealer. I would also suggest all to please not to go for roadside dealers without having positive feedback.
