PF Withdrawl amount claimed, but not recieved yet

Dear Sir:

My ex-employer M/s SINDHU ESCON Ltd., 69, Sagarsociety, Banjarahills, Road no. 02, Hyderabad had sent my completed PF withdrawal forms to the Hyderabad PF office quite some time ago.

My PF Account number is AP/32144/116.

I have mentioned my Bank A/c no. and contact details in my PF application. But I have not recieved the payment or any type of informations, if there was any corrections in my application till date. My Ex-Employer was telling that we have completed all formalities and submitted to PF department. I would request my PF withdrawal request to be processed and the amount deposited in my bank account at the earliest. Kindly do the needful.
