I am from Patna Bihar. I have a LPG cylinders connection from Sonam gas agency. But they don't deliver cylinders on time. Some times they take one and half month. Every time when i book a cylinder i have to go there twice or thrice to get a cylinder. Their vendor says give me extra money or else he will not deliver cylinder on time.when in complaint about them to the agency they said get it in written. They are not ready to listen to me.i am fed up of all this. Please look into the matter. Its not only my problem their are many other customers having the same problem.
