This mail is bring to your kind notice and seek intervention in case which might seriously affect the my fundamental right.
I Mahesh Mehta, Student of BA III (DAV College, Jalandhar) and i am making a complaint to Police Station Division No 5, Jalandhar City against one property dealer who is illegally advertise in our house wall. But Department of Police told me there is no rule to registered this kind of complaint and he advise me to file the court case in civil court. There are no dispute to register my complaint.
Actualy matter is that M/s Sukhdev Singh & Manjit Kumar, Property Dealer taken totally an illegal step by the painted the wall of my House, for which i did preveted them to do this. Through a personal conversation with Property Dealer, I remided him may times to set right to the situation and repaint the wall to clear up the advertisement but no initiative is been taken by him.
On 17th December, I sent a warning letter to him personally for claiming legal action against htem if they dont take it seriously but they did not respnded till todate.
Now what i am doing .. If I make a complaint or file civil case against them, It is wastage of time and money for me and This right is very costly for me. If I paint myself on my home then it is cost by aproximate Rs. 200 to Rs. 300 and If I make complaint against them in court then it will cost 1000 or above. So what will intelligent people will do? As per my knowledge only do by personally paint the wall but this is the question for only right (Right to property). How can other advertise to our personal property?
Through this letter I want to know only where is my right and If I have, why is this so costly?
In this case your goodself is requested to look into the matter and and do /advise the needful to be done to avoid further harassment.
