Residing at Kumaram village of Jami Mandal in Vizianagaram District, Andhra Pradesh. Earlier census was taken up to enroll as voter at Kumaram village near Sugar Factory. But till today enrollment of self and family was not done in the electoral rolls in Gajapathi Nagaram assembly segment as per revised structure.
I am residing at the same address for the past ten years. This request for enrollment as voter is made as per the fundamental rights of citizen of India.
Request immediate action as last date for enrollment as voter in this region has been fixed by 25th of November.
