Dear Sir,
I have an Airtel user since 5 years. One of my nephew unfortunately connect hello tune in the month of November and immediately the Rs30/- was diducted. Then after 30 days I went to a mobile shop to disconnect the hello tune and he has disconnected. After three days of disconnection again automatically it came. There is no information shown in screen how to disconnect the hello tune before deduction of Rs30/- Every month automatically it is recharged and deduct the money. There fore please send the detail on how to diconnect the hollo tunes and save my Rs30/- for each month onwards.
