Sub: Free replacement of Regulators -reg
I have been Indane Gas consumer since 1983. My regulator is worn out due wear and tear. I was told that the regulators are replaced free of cost if it worn out or not functioning properly.
I approached my dealer with registration vouchers and asked for replacement. They refused to replace the regulator, saying that the plastic nob is broken. After more than 20 years of use we ask for a free replacement. Is a plastic broken nob is the reason for refusing? Please clarify, and kindly instruct your dealer to replace the regulator at free of cost.
