Transfer of of EPF balance

Dear Sir,

I was employed in M/s Uttar Pradesh Textile Corporation Spg Mill Ltd Meerut. I obtained VRS and joined new service with M/s North Delhi Power Ltd Delhi. I have requested to transfer my old EPF (account No UP/6860/5562) balance to my new account (DL/26237/935). The necessary form 13 has been send duly filled through my present employer M/s North Delhi Power Ltd. May please look into the matter to transfer my complete balance to the new account.
