Sir, I converted into prepaid from post-paid in November. Till today, I have not received the balance refund amount. I have taken the Post-paid connection in Vijayawada Branch (at Kandhari Hotel). Converted into Pre-paid in Guntur city. I contacted the Guntur Branch (at 4/14, Brodipet) several times. But, there is no use. Just, they have given a Complaint Number and it is 20920505 I can collect the refund cheque at any of your branches (Guntur or Vijayawada) Please follow up. My Cell No.9866123654
