One of the worst service experience you will ever had in life is the one Yadu Indane Gas gives you. It has become a normal routine for me to get a cylinder reffiled in black from outside beacuse the Customer care numbers either never connect and if by any chance I get lucky & my phone connects (after trying 100 or more times) the executives will not answer my call.

The IVR number 011-25611260 given to book online also does not connect

The last option is booking through SMS on 9818792244 - even after sending several messages and waiting for 10-20 days I will not get my cylinder (I am aware of 21 days refill cycle).

Does anyone in Yadu cares to deliver something to their customers in the name of services. Their helpline or escalation points even dont answer of does not connect.

I have seen similar complaints for Yadu for last 2 yrs and was surprised to see that nothing has improved since last 3 yrs infact it has turned even bad. They are cheating customers on quantity of gas supplied, non deliver of services cylinders and a lot more.

Please do somthing about them.
