Bus conducter rude & irresponsible behavio

Dear Sir,

I travelled in a MTC bus today evening from ambatur estate to vijaykanth mandapam. Details in Ticket are ambattur panimanai, No:222481, 08/12/10 19:51:26, Deluxe. Details at the bottom corner in ticket were-010341 c52700 d13270 50075726n. The conducter without getting up from his seat asked people to pass money and he was sitting in his seat enjoying. When the bus reached Vijaykanth mandapam the bus stopped in the middle of the road where one could not get down. When asked he said he will not stop the bus in the busstop and was very very rude. Infact when asked his name he said you cannot harm me. I will behave like this only you go and complaint wherever you want. Pls take action against such conducters.
