PAN CARD NOT RECEIVED

I Have Applied for the Pan Card 2 months back and have received the Pan card no. BHWPK5566M through sms. According to the sms details the Pan Card was despatched on 23/04/09 with the speed post consignment no. EA054347672IN but has not been received yet. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
