Low speed and contant disconnection

Hello...

I have been using Mtnl for the last 2 and a half years... I'm using the plan night unlimited@599. I used to get good speed of about 200 - 210kbps. But two days before I'm getting very low speed of 20 - 25kbps.

I did gave a complain but no response, not even proper guidance. I have been getting a very good speed for a long time now. And now when its almost 10 times lower speed its really very irritating.

I have no idea what you people do. But please there are more than 60 complains in this forum. Please take some action. We would be very greatful.
