No Attention Towards Consumer Griviences

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am Satish Kumar, a resident of mangol puri, new delhi. I am using MTNL braodband (Rs.199 plan) since feb, 08. MTNL provides 600 mb free download in this plan every month with the facility to check usage information and balance information. In this month when i try to check my used mb, it shows 717mb used till 8 April, 09 in usage information but when i see in balance information, it shows i have only used 304 mb and my 296 mb is left. This confusion lead me to approach our Area Manager (mtnl - rohini) and our J.E. But Mr. Batra. (J.E.) roughly advised me to seek the help of consumer court instead of understanding my problm and help me.

Now i am unable to use my internet freely.

Plz help me in this regard
