We have totaly 32 connections (spice) under CUG scheem for our industrial stff's, our griviences are as fallows
1.Under advance rental scheem we paid the advance rent, but still the rent is being charged in the bills
2.we have requested service to collect the payment at our office so that the payment is not delayed (Still this facility is not provided)
3. for making bill payment within due date, we had requsted spice authority, bills at our mail address, to avoide courier delay (action taken by spice-nill, apart from that we will have to remind spice every month)
4.we had taken 32 connection on the assurnce by spice area manager Mr. Uday that company will get us FAX connection from our factory anekal to our office bangalore now spice is not taken any interest for fax connection, apart from that company area manager is saying that is not there responsibility,
5.if the fax connection is successful we are inerested in another 15 connections
All the above said griviences are mailed & brought to the notice of spice area manager Mr. Uday & his superior Miss. Ami both are not interested in attending our griviences in spit of our visiting number of times to spice office
we bring to your notice that if this is the qualiyty of services we are getting, we will be constrained to cancel all the spice connections and switch over to other mobile company we hope you will take early action in this matter under intimation us
