Asld router restarts

I have been using MTNL Broadband services for past 2 year and happy with the quality of it.

but for last 2 months my UT Star modem restarts automatically while working...

i made several complaints on phone but not got any service...

when i tried to make a complaint on MTNL website than message is being displayed that i am not using MTNL broadband services???
