BROADBAND NOT WORKING AND COMPLAINTS CLOSED WITHOUT PROVIDING RESOLUTION

Hello,

It is with deep disgust and anguish I am reporting my complaint against AIRTEL BROADBAND SERVICES.

I switched over from BSNL Broadband to Airtel Broadband, though I thought big about the services of Airtel and now I tasted the bitter experience in a very short period with frequent line faults and mainly closing of my complaints without resolving them. My Airtel number is 044-42865818

I have been given 7 different complaint numbers starting from Sept 23rd till today Oct 12th and all my complaints were closed without providing any actual resolution.

37765612 - Internet did not work later resolved

37662144 - Internet did not work and router found to be damaged

37910446 - 3rd complaint damaged router replaced

37952880 - Replaced router did not work so another router needs to be replaced which was never replaced the next day 1.30pm as per the superviser Harish. M

38196156 - New complaint created since the customer care person apologized that someone closed the previous complaint without giving resolution.

When I called the technician at he said that no router is available in stock and wireless router will be replaced when stock arises as wireless router is used by very few customers and use your BSNL router for time being. The most best answer was from Mr. Harish who told me to wait till the wireless router arrives since they have closed the previous complaint stating my issue has been resolved. He assured me that the next day the issue should be resolved by 1.30pm if not you can complain to nodal officer directly.

38691448 - One more complaint number created today, the October 12th after so much toil

I am sure that this will also be closed without any resolution.

I am still without internet and still nobody has bothered to attend my problem. I even wrote to the Nodal officer and appellate officer on Oct 8th however a response was given to me from the appellate officer on Oct 11th that I am satisfied with their resolution.

I would say "Airtel is only fit to give promises and not fulfull it"

Just tell me what if some body gives false statements to you and tries to steal money from your pocket. Would anyone like to continue the service. I think I make some sense here.

But in reality no resolution was provided to me and they keep closing my complaints simply without resolving them. It is nothing but conscious deceit to fool the customer without providing any remedial measure.

"Providing Solution" doesnt mean to call someone and close the record with giving the actual solution. This is an act of fradulency. I guess you must understand the RESOLUTION HAS TO BE PROVIDED AND THE CUSTOMER HAS TO CONFIRM IT. I think AIRTEL has got its own standards to provide customer service.

I hope AIRTEL BROADBAND TEAM would be very proud for their worst ever service provided to me without giving any actual resolution for my broadband problem for weeks and simply closing my complaints number without any sort of a confirmation from my end for the reasons which is best to known to them.

I have all valid proofs that to establish that there were lapse on your side to address my concern and service deficiency being a prompt payer of my bills.

As a final measure I would lodge this complaint against the AIRTEL BROADBAND SERVICES for their worst service provided which has lead to my loss and given me such mental agony ever.
