I m using MTNL broadband for the past 5 years.
Since past 4-5 months I have been facing problem with my internet connection. It frequently gets disconnected some time the is not ADSL line and most of the time there is no ping from the DNS server.
I lodged many complaints with MTNL over phone (called on 1504) and have personally gone to telephone exchange to meet Dwarka Area Manager they noted done my complaint. They reconfigured my ADSL moden but nothing happend then they told me that it there server that is giving problem. But non of them have any clue.. My connection still gets disconnected frequently.
I have came to know that MTNL's higher managers are bribed by Airtel broadband. So that we people leave MTNL and move to Airtel which is other alternative to MTNL. That is why these people deliberately create problem in there servers.
If it is true What should we do???
