I have taken the mtnl broadband connection with promised speed between 256kbps but my broadband speed is 20-25 kbps at the maximum. i send many emails to mtnl but no response at all.
some technician come from mtnl and say that this is common problem in mtnl because load is high in mtnl broadband and say that we cannot do anyting for you but in friend mtnl speed is better then me but they do not solve the problem
