Internet speed less than 512 kbps

Hi,

Plan 649 Combo got activated effective 01/07 has a starting internet speed of 512 Kbps.

However know the current speed of internet is below 256 Kbps.

I have also complaint to their speed department, but no action has been taken.

I have also sent the email to [email protected] with attachment of speed test software provided by MTNL whose link is http://202.159.217.199:8080/mtnlPortal123/dsl/result.jsp? 2200.77613.but no action has been taken.

Please advise otherwise I would be charged of 512kbps, facility which I have't received.
