CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM

Dear Concerned,

Feb up of registering complaints at MTNL call centre since past 2-3 months, i have to approach this site. Almost every time when internet was needed the most, there was a connectivity problem. I approached number of times MTNL call centre but the support which i got was not sufficient enough to cater to my problem. They replaced my modem/router initialy but my problem persisted.

Light at the link button of the router keeps on blinking. When asked the cause of this occurence they told it to be the problem of line, which is still unsolved.

Please help me to get a solution
