Excess Billing

I had submitted my broadband modem set in ok condition on 1st of June for desconnection of my internet connection.

Now, in my telephone bill a sum of Rs. 1500/- is charged for modem, reason being 'breakage'. THE MODEM THAT I HAD SUBMITTED WAS IN ABSOLUTE OK CONDITION. I HAVE GOT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT THAT WAS ISSUED TO ME FROM MTNL AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION.

Please rectify my bill at the earliest.
