I am a resident of Karpagam GArdens. Right opposite to my house There is this Mr. Mohan a IStri puller the biggest nuisance in the world. He always has a host of rowdies, drivers, slum boys sitting next to him spitting, littering, abusing every body around making life impossible for us. Fearing him we have to stay indoors all the time. Too much to tolerate, The local police and corporation are not bothered to take any action. He brings all types of goondas and the recent thefts and burglaries around the area could be associated with him

Any action by anyone regarding the same wud be hughly appreciated
